a solução é a seguinte:
a) Clique em iniciar, digite: CMD clique com o botão direito e escolha executar como administrator
b) No Prompt de comando digite o comando abaixo, em seguida pressione a Tecla Enter
sc config spooler depend= RPCSS [ Tecle Enter]
Desabilite o UAC:
Clique em Iniciar, executar, digite: MSCONFIG [ Clique em Ok]
Clique na guia ferramentas
Selecione Desabilitar UAC, e clique no Botão Iniciar
Reinicie o computador
Navegue até a pasta c:\Windows\system32\spool
Envie todos os arquivos e pastas para a lixeira, exceto Tool e Drivers
Abra seu notepad (bloco de notas) e salve na área de trabalho dessa forma "printers.reg" (digite as aspas).
depois copie tudo que tem abaixo da linha até antes da outra linha.
execute.
